It’s time for another Sunday deliciousness. In case you need some variety in your food, do not rush to eat junk food. Instead prepare something with real food. Here is a great recipe for coconut truffles.

250 grams dried cranberries ( you could soak them in water for 1-2 hours)
200 grams unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
1 table spoon honey
1 table spoon cacao powder
Process everything( besides 50-60 grams of the coconut) in the food processor until it comes together to create a sticky dough.
Shape the dough into equal sized balls and roll them in the extra coconut.
