One more great week has gone by! I hope that during the past couple days you’ve been challenging yourself to go out of your comfort zone and you managed to find out how much you are capable of achieving if you just dare to try. Today I will go to a camp, where I will have the chance to train with a junior basketball team. I can’t wait to go there. I have so many things I want to show and teach this kids. I wish that when I used to play basketball, somebody could tell me the things I know now, so I could keep myself injury free and be fit. So have a wonderful weekend. Eat clean and move more.
Meanwhile read my favorite reads for this week, while I am torturing the kids on the field!;)
