How was your week? Hope it was awesome! I am really excited because I tried doing dips yesterday and it went so good. Back in the days, all my tries to do dips, ended with a lot of shoulder pain, that lasted for weeks and didn’t let me work out properly. So I decided I will never do dips. I just accepted he fact. Yesterday, out of nowhere, I decided to try again. And it went so good. The pain was really light and it felt great. I am so excited to progress on the dips. And I once again proved myself, that nothing is impossible. And that I shouldn’t be quick to place things in my “impossible list”. Everything is possible, through hard work and patience.
Have a great weekend. Eat good and move more. Take the time to read my favorite reads for the week.
