Ines, I want to start eating healthy, but I have no idea how to start. I feel confused! There is just one decision- make everything so easy, that you have no chance to say no. What about starting from your breakfast(HERE)? Do not start with big changes- progress step by step(HERE). It is far better to move forward with small, secure steps(HERE), than trying to jump over the precipice.
Ines, I love the passion and the desire you put into your work. I hate my job. What am I supposed to do? Well, choose yourself (HERE ). Find out what makes you feel alive, and discover how you can turn it into an activity, that will help people. Then start doing it. This way you will get enough money, that will allow you to live and do what you love, and meanwhile you will be helping others to achieve their goals as well.
Ines, bad things are constantly happening in my life. I have no motivation to keep on going. Now you have(HERE).
Ines, I hate cardio. Does that mean I have no chance to lose weight and I have to put up with my present weight? Then don’t do what you hate. When the means you have, do not help you get closer to your goal, don’t change the goal itself, but the method you are using to achieve it(HERE)
Ines, I am constantly running out of motivation to follow my nutrition. Where should I find inspiration? When you don’t have enough motivation, find it inside yourself. Decide that from now on you will do just what is best for you(HERE) and then you won’t have a choice but to act according to the promise you gave yourself.
Ines, I am sick of diets with boring foods. What should I eat so I don’t get bored of it and keep on eating healthier? Learn to cook. It Is not your diet that includes boring foods, but the fact that you lack enough imagination and abilities in the kitchen(HERE).
Ines, I love the way you eat and it truly makes me feel better. But I can’t live without some sweets every now and then. And the once bought from the store make me feel sluggish and sick. What should I do? Cook your own healthy treats(HERE), that will kill your cravings, but won’t make your body feel bad.
Ines, I don’t have time to work out. Wrong! You have! (HERE)
Ines, every time I do a traditional deadlift ( even though I do it with proper technique), I feel some kind of discomfort in my back. I don’t want to ditch the exercise, but I don’t like the way it makes me feel. Then, do not ditch the exercise, but change the way you perform it. If you have limited mobility or an old injury, bilateral movements might be stressful on your body. Then, unilateral movements come for a rescue. Try doing One legged deadlifts( HERE).
Ines, I believe in everything you are saying about training with weights, but I love running. Is there a way to become fitter through running? There is always a way. The only difference is that you don’t need to do countless number of laps. Run, but run smart. (HERE)
