If you are a beginner, scale:
AMRAP in 10minutes:
5 band assisted pull ups
5 burpees without the push up
5 KB Swings
5 Box Jumps
*multiply reps by round you are on i.e. round one = 5 reps, round 2 = 10, round 3 = 15, etc etc….
