Lately a lot of people are asking me, why I don’t post my workouts anymore. That’s why I decided to start logging my daily workouts again. I think that might help people who like my training philosophy.
The workout today:
pull ups with one black band
Front Loaded Reverse Lunges
10(5 lunges each leg)х110 pounds
Swings 70 pounds kettlebell( 32kg)
The rest after each set is 1min.
Then some planks and plank variations.
100 double unders
P.S. Probably some of you will notice that the pull ups are band assisted and the pounds on the press are relatively light. Those of you who are familiar with my background, know about all my shoulder injuries, that led to torn rotator cuff, tears on my tendons and ligaments. For a healthy person, these weights wouldn’t be an accomplishment, but for me they are a big triumph, as I had a lot of shoulder issues, and I could say I still have a lot of limitations. Right now I am working on strengthening my shoulders, but the road is long and it takes time. So that is the reason for band assisted pull ups and lighter weights on the pressing movements.
