How are you? Are you doing what I asked you for? Being active and eating healthy during the weekend? This Sunday I have a delicious recipe that is the result of Vania’s passion towards cooking. Here is her website but unfortunately it is a Bulgarian website… but you could still check out the pictures of her great meals and in case you like something, just write me and I could translate it for you! 🙂 Just the picture of her fluffy ice- cream was enough to make me feel the urge to prepare it immediately!
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 big slice melon
1/2 lemon
3 table spoons melted coconut butter
3 table spoons Amareto or almond extract
vanilla extract
8-9 raw cocoa grains
1/4 tea spoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Cut the fruits in slices and put them in the fridge and ice them
2. Melt the coconut butter.
3.Take the iced fruit out the fridge and put them in an S food processor. Then add the lemon, butter, almond extract and vanilla. Stir it again. Add the crumbled cocoa grains and the baking powder.
Now, let’s say Thank you to Vania and we are ready to try this delicious, healthy dessert! 🙂
