The idea for this delicious recipe, was given to me from a great friend, that I really appreciate. As always he wants to stay anonymous, so I am thankful that he let me share this tasty, healthy dessert with you!
100 grams dates ( soak them first and then blend them)
200 grams locust flour
200 grams ground raw almonds
300-350 grams sesame seeds
some ground walnuts for decoration
Mix everything. Shape small balls. You could sprinkle some ground nuts on top or raw cocoa. Leave them in the fridge for an hour. Then eat! Delicious!
