
It’s Sunday! Time for my new recipe! I really love this meal, so I decided to cook it and give you the recipe!So get busy cooking! Prepare something different for you Sunday lunch! Have a beautiful day! π
Ingredients:
600 grams chicken
6 pieces leeks
2 sprinkles rosemary (Π·Π° ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΏΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ°Π½Π΅ ΠΏΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½)
Β½ parsley
2-3 table spoons butter
1/3 tea cup of white wine
black pepper
salt
Directions:
Cut the chicken in small pieces, and the leeks in ΡΠΌΠ°Π»Π» “circles”.

In aΒ deep frying pan put the butter, the chicken and the rosemary. Bake for a couple minutes. When the chicken becomes golden…

…ass the wine, the water and the black pepper. Leave it to stew under a lid, for 10 minutes. After that add the leeks and cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on top…

… after that remove the lid and leave it on the stove for another 10 minutes, but stir it every now and then. A couple minutes before you take it off the stove, add the parsley (pre- cut in small pieces). The delicious meal is ready, when the water is completely evaporated. Serve it with fresh tomatoes and a couple leaves basil.
