Today is time for another healthy dessert. The recipe is probably one of the quickest and easiest recipes,but it tastes absolutely delicious!
Ingredients for 5 bites:
40 grams raw almonds
20 grams sesame
30 grams raw sunflower seeds
15 grams butter
2 tea spoons honey
1/2 banana
20 grams raw cashews
Directions:
1. Put almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in the blender and process.
2. Add melted butter and honey. Process again.
3. Shape your bites. Decorate with a slice of banana and cashew. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
There you go! You have something beautiful and delicious!
