It’s time for another healthy, delicious recipe. And as always it is really easy to prepare! It is ” the pumpkin” time of the year. I love pumpkin. It is one of the best desserts ever! Then, I stumbled over this recipe, I tried it and I totally loved it, so I decided to share it with you! 🙂 For more great recipes like this, visit Easy Paleo!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Blend everything, until you get a smooth mixture! Then you can decorate with pecans or walnuts and some more cinnamon! I love cinnamon! 🙂
