1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1.Cut one banana into pieces and lay it on the bottom and to the sides of a container.
2.In a food processor, blend the dates and the shredded coconut until you get a doughy texture. Then lay 2/3 of the mixture on top of the bananas.
3. Cut the rest of the fruits and lay them on top of each other in the container.
4. Then cover the top of the cake with the rest of the mixture(dates and shredded coconut).
5. Leave the cake in the fridge. Then take it out and flip it. Decorate with some fruits.
