For the wrap:
200-300 grams- cauliflower (put it in the blender until it gets to crumbles)
2-3 eggs
salt
butter to grease the baking sheet
vegetable spices
Inside:
1/2 avocado
1/2 tomato
bacon- 200 grams
raw red pepper
Directions:
Whisk egg, cauliflower and spices. Pour the mixture onto a greased and parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at450 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, then flip the crust and bake for another 5 minutes.
Blend the avocado and the tomato. You can add some spices if you’d like. Spread it on the wrap. Then spread the bacon and the raw pepper, pre cut in small pieces.
Enjoy the delicious omelette!
