How is your weekend going? Hope you are doing great! I have another healthy dessert recipe for you! It is better than any processed treat you could think of, and the best part is that it is really, really healthy!
Ingredients:
1 Large Frozen Banana
1 table spoon cocoa powder
30 grams hazelnuts
1table spoon chia seeds or flax flour
about 1/2 cup water or coconut milk
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Process, then our in a cup. Decorate with coconut flakes if you’d like and enjoy it!
