A couple days ago, I posted a picture of my lunch on my Facebook page. Then I got asked about the recipe, and because it is Sunday- a day for healthy recipes on my blog, I will share with you how to prepare this omelet.
200-300grams boiled broccoli
1/2 green pepper
powder red pepper and salt
Put the butter in the frying pan. When it is heated, pour the eggs, that you have previously broken and beaten.
Bake until the omelet is ready.
After that place it in a plate and sprinkle the powdered red pepper and the salt.
In a frying pan, place the broccoli, the pepper, the tomato, the bacon and the olives that you have pitted and cut. Bake them for a while and then pour them on your omelet. Fold it in half.
The recipe is not something special, but it is a way to make your food, a little bit different! 🙂
