Cellulite… I know that just the sound of this word makes you wrinkle your face and secretly, full of timidity looking down your thighs, with the hope that you are not one of those people that have the “orange” skin.

I am sure that more than 90% of women, waste thousands dollars every year, for all kind of anti- cellulite products that promise to remove cellulite forever. I don’t wanna be rude so I will help you, get to my conclusion by asking you a couple questions… Do you have some results from these products? Did you get the promised effect? Did your skin became smoother than ever? Is it true that your cellulite is gone?

… yes, after you agree with my opinion that anti-cellulite products don’t work, I will give you a better solution and probably I will save you some money or at least I will help you spend them for something else!

With the exception of few, that make the effort to search, read and educate themselves, most people blindly trust the widely spread information in media and society. Every day, you read headlines  like, “4 Rules for Weight Loss”, “10 Rules for Healthy Eating” and so forth. All these “rules” make healthy living a burden. Just like laws, limit our actions, “rules” for healthy eating and weight loss, actually limit our progress!

Probably you will ask “Why?”? Well, if all these rules, tactics and strategies, really worked, why is society getting more and more obese? If all this worked, why do people constantly wander from diet to diet, from failure to failure, while they reach a point, where they either quit striving to get healthier and fitter or decide to start educating themselves…

There are those among us that believe that everybody longs to reach their own personal best-either it is going to be to get the best body, the best job, the highest score on the test, an olympic record or you name it..

We pretend our ultimate goal is to be the best version of ourselves, finding the right job, reading the right books,eating the right food… but the reality is far less compelling. If we are truly honest we will admit that the level to which we might possibly rise is rarely our chief concern. I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
