As weird as it may sound, running is for advanced athletes! The ability to run, doesn’t mean you are doing it the right way, and in fact it could hurt more than it helps!

Yesterday I was walking in the park, and I noticed that there are a lot of people who are trying to get in shape with running. Besides the fact that I doubt they are ever gonna achieve the body they want by running, they are really working hard to get serious injuries.

Lately I have been paying attention to my posture and the way I walk. Years ago, when I used to injure my shoulders pretty often, I began overcompensating the lack of range of motion in my shoulders, with bad posture. I remember, how much my shoulder ached when I tried to stand with my shoulders up and it was way easier to keep them dropping down and not feel the pain. Thus, quickly my posture became terrible. That was the time when I lived in USA. I remember how my dad reacted when I came back to Bulgaria, and he saw my posture. He used to make remarks all the time, till I didn’t improve my posture. Nowadays when I have more knowledge about human’s body and the way it functions, I understand why he was so hard on!

Holidays are over and it is time to get back on track if you cheated on your healthy lifestyle the past two weeks. Seems like the whole week will be dedicated to posts about nutrition, but right now this topic is close to my heart. Sometimes I get irritated by the misleading information about nutrition and weight loss that is being spread in our community.

It looks like nowadays everybody who can lose 30 pounds can write a book or create a fan page and teach people “how to eat healthy and work out properly”. As it is said there are people for everything, no matter how dumb the advises of some fitness “guru” are, he will always have followers.

An argument that people use to defend their diet is “it works”. Let me ask you, exactly how it works? How do you understand that this diet works? Just because you are losing weight? There are a bunch of diseases that are “accompanied” with weight loss. Does that (more…)

I am a ‘something-searcher person” and I have devoted my life to the mission to reveal myself, to improve, to collect the pieces of puzzle in my own nature, so that to give and to receive from life as much as possible. My Life is history, full of broken dreams, falls, disappointments and finally achieved awareness, that it all depends on me and that each opportunity can be a materialized reality. We only have to think and act in a way, which will lead us on the road to its implementation. The most valuable resources we have are our time and health, and our Body is the instrument, through which we use them, to crate the world we live in. I dedicated my life to share myself, the wisdom and experience, which had left after the mistakes I had done. I am doing this in order to help people find their way, which will let them “’reinvent”’ themselves, to restore their health, confidence and trust for life. I wish they could realize their own potential. Training is rehearsal for the life itself; this is the place, where on a few square meters in the IFS you can experience each of the possible sensations- triumph, fall, disappointment, hope, will, weakness, and most of all power. The place, where in “monitoring conditions”” you can remind your body how to move correctly, how to work in your interest. Everything I have tried to achieve through IFS and the trainings is to help people bring back their consciousness, health and freedom to be who they are-without doubting. I have given myself time to re-build and to re-invent myself! Give yourself time as well. Come and train with us in IFS!
