10 band assisted pull ups
10 band assisted dips
30 squats
7 band assisted pull ups
7 band assisted dips
20 squats
4 band assisted pull ups
4 band assisted dips
10 squats
If you are advanced:
Substitute every muscle up with 3 pull ups and 3 dips, i.e. when you have 5 muscle ups= 15 pull ups and 15 dips; 4 muscle ups=12 pull ups and 12 dips
