If you are a beginner scale the time to 30 seconds. That means that you start with squatting for 30seconds. Then you substract the squats you completed from 30 and do that many horizontal pull ups in the next thirty seconds. Keep on going lik ethe pattern above, just do it in 30 than in sec.
Do 4- two minute rounds for a total of 8min. Instead of doing push ups. Do push ups on knees and instead of pull ups- band assisted pull ups or horizontal pull ups.
