What you are supposed to do is as follows:
When the 3min start you have to do 10 burpees and immediately run 400m. Let’s say you finish the burpees and the run for 2min and 20sec, then you will rest till the 3min end, and you will start over again. You have to do this for 5 times.
If you are a beginner:
3rounds in 3min:
10burpees(without the push up)
300m run
If you are advanced:
4rounds in 3min:
10 burpees
400m run
