If you haven’t done burpees with broad jump, you basically have to do one burpee and then a broad jump, then a burpee, a broad jump. You hav eto do this for 50metres.
If you are a beginner, scale:
20 swings
20 metres burpee with broad jump( do the burpee without the push up)
20 box jumps
20 metres burpee with broad jump( do the burpee without the push up)
20 sledgehammer hits
20 metres burpee with broad jump( do the burpee without the push up)
20 air squats
20 metres burpee with broad jump( do the burpee without the push up)
If you are advanced:
40 swings
40 metres burpee with broad jump
40 box jumps
40 metres burpee with broad jump
40 sledgehammer hits
40 metres burpee with broad jump
40 air squats
40 metres burpee with broad jump
