When you were little what was your favorite breakfast? Mine was pancakes with chocolate! My grandmother used to make a dozen of them every morning and I ate them all. SInce thetraditional pancakes aren’t healthy, today I will suggest you a coconut pancake that tastes delicious and couldn’t be healthier!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
50 grams shredded coconut
30-40 grams butter
1 banana
2 table spoons natural cocoa powder
vanilla
1 table spoon honey
Directions:
1. Stir the eggs
2. Add the vanilla, 1/2 table spoon honey and the coconut flakes
3. Greeze the bottom of the frying pan and pour the mixture.
4. Bake good but not as good as I did 😉 🙂
5. Then cut the banana
6. Melt the butter with the rest of the honey and the cocoa powder. Mix good. Then pour it on top of the pancake.
