Years ago I was just like most people- I couldn’t sit at the table, without making sure that my meal will be followed with a tasty dessert. After a couple experiments with different meal plans, I think that I finally found the one which satisfies my body needs the best. I’ve been on the Paleo-Zone diet for the last year and a half, and I don’t feel like eating sweets and other junk food. I eat really clean and that makes me feel pretty good. As much as I’d want to believe that you are the same way too, I know how challenging and hard it could be to change the bad eating habits. That is why I am intending to publish one recepie every week, that I assure you will be really tasty but in the same time a lot more healthy than the junk food you probably consume every day.
The first recepie I will suggest is for an oatmeal-yogurt cake. It is really fast and easy to prepare.
The ingredients you need:
some kind of fruits(I used bananas and strawberries)
The quantity of the ingredients depends on the utensils you will use.
Put a layer of oats at the bottom. On top sprinkle with cinnamon and then put a layer of yogurt( you could put a poon of honey in the yogurt if you’d like it to be sweeter). On top put a couple pieces of fruit and the raisins. Then repeat everything from the beginning till you fill the utensil you are using and finish with yougurt and sprinkled oats. You can arrange with some fruits as I did. Then leave it for a couple hours in the fridge. That way the oats will soak into the yogurt.If you are worried that the bottom of the cake won’t be solid, you could use a couple small cups or bowls and make a single portion out of each one, so you won’t need to cut different pieces.
