Ice Cream Cake with No Sugar and No Flour

The inspiration in our Facebook group never stops. When I made the group, I didn’t even suppose that it will be the reason for so many people to find the delicious and pleasant side of healthy eating. I am proud of every person, who is a part of our community and who share their meals and recipes on a  daily basis. Without even knowing, you are the inspiration of thousands of people. Today, it is time to share with you, the new masterpiece – Lora’s ice-cream cake. Lora is a master when it comes to healthy desserts, that can be a part of your diet – on a daily basis.

The recipe for one portion:

For the ice-cream:

1 banana

2 table spoons natural cocoa powder


Puree everything and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or so.

For the crust:

1 egg

2-3 table spoons carob flower

Stir it and add some rum, a pinch of baking powder and bake it in the oven in a small cup. When it is ready, let it cool and then spread the ice cream on top. Decorate with pieces of fruit and some nuts.
