I can’t make you lean!
The only thing I can do is give you the nutrition tips. But it is all up to you!
It is up to you, if you can show some will and discipline and eat the food that fuels your body, not your emotions!
I can’t make you strong!
The only thing I can do is to show you the way to achieve it. But again it is all up to you!
It is up t you, if you can endure the pain of the weight. If you can force your body to keep going, when your mind is shouting to give up!
I can’t make you love yourself!
The only thing I can do is be there beside you and provide you with some comfort! But again it is all up to you!
It is up to you, if you can fight the voices in your head and see your true essence, or if you give in to your emotions and self- hate!
I can’t make you better!
The only thing I can do is to show you your mistakes and give you directions how to fix them! But it is up to you!
It is up to you if you can take failure and keep your head high when no one knows your name…or if you let frustration make you quit!
I can’t make you love it!
The only thing I can do is show you the passion, the desire and the love I put into my work! But again it is up to you!
It is up to you to decide if you have what it takes to go through the up and downs, the hardships and the joy and finally discover something that you love as much as I love my job!
I can’t make you become anything!
I can be just there, giving you all the information you need, but again it is up to you!
The power is inside of you! You have everything you need!
Stop making excuses!
Just dare to do!
